How is the area around MICA? Is it safe? If I'm not too good with bike and don't drive, is it hard to get around? Also, is it better to live with university's dorms (which are scattered apartments in Bolton Hill), both expense-wise and safety-wise?

I applied for Pratt Communications design but still nothing. Also SVA and MICA, but not graphic design. Nothing from SVA yet but interviewed with MICA already. So anxious for March.

Any illustrator out there? I got interviewed by MICA but still haven't heard from SVA, Syracuse, Umass Dartmouth and Pratt (For Pratt I applied communications design) I wonder if these schools have interviews or not. So nervous!

Anyone apply to illustration MFA here? I applied 5 places with one in communications design because I'm afraid I won't get in but the school of my dream is SVA. I wonder when will the results arrive. Only SVA states that I will receive the result by snail mail within 1 april. Others don't say anything.
