According to the results from last year they send out invites on February 23rd. So we got a week to wait it looks like.

If anyone needs a gap year or two and wants to live in the DC area you should check out being a NIH postbac. The pay isn't great but there are a ton of opportunities across the main campus, including sitting in on a Hopkins genetic counseling seminar class. Just got South Carolina. Kinda wished they would have changed the date on their acceptance letter. Thanks for letting me know that I wasn't in the first wave yesterday lol.

While I am a first time applicant it is my understanding that you can ask the programs in May what you can do better. Right now they are focused on interviews but once that is over they will tell you how to be a stronger candidate in the future.

It's weird, I was rejected by Wisconsin and I thought I would get that interview over Michigan. Also, a very good problem to have @hf2193

Okay, glad to hear that I am not the only one. I imagine it's a bit harder to host me as I am a guy and there are all of three men in the program. Also, awesome that we have the same date. See you in a week!

Did anyone hear back from UNCG regarding being hosted by a student overnight while interviewing? I am interviewing on the 5th of February and they haven't confirmed anything yet.
