Could you guys tell what stipend did uchicago offer?

I guess we will not hear anything from Yale today ..

And by any chance could people who have been offered admission to Duke share their stipend package? I am wondering if mine is low on purpose as its not even close to the 35k mentioned above..

May I ask if you have any information regarding your Duke package, as it differs from the ones I as well as my friends received, about 29K. Did you negotiate or was it displayed like that from the beginning? Or do you inclue the health insurance and the fee scholarships as part of your mentioned stipend?

Just received a rejection from Stanford.. No email, just checked applyweb and a button called view your decision letter appeared..

chicago trolls are on the roll today

The last time this happened to me, I got an admit. I asked this to a professor, and he said it is probably something procedural, before they send out your acceptance. And thats what had happened as well.

Is there anyone else who received personalized emails from schools like Duke or UCSD professors after receiving an acceptance?

Thank you so much for sharing your opinion! Yes, my friend who did his MA there told me that its a bit uncertain but people also say well "its uchicago no matter what". How would you compare it with UCSD and Duke?

I wish that internal resource could have told us when they are going to release the decision.. And out of curiosity, what do you guys think about UChicago's program? I heard that they were losing some blood but would you guys still consider it a solid one, like top10?

Are there any other applicants in this from waiting for Chicago that did not hear anything, or should I also cross off chicago from my list?

How do you know, are the acceptances from princeton and berkeley from them?

I believe they are fake as there are no claimers in the forum..

I think they are done with the acceptances.. I am crossing it off my list and expecting the rejection probably in 1-2 days
