I did came a long way to where I am now. There were moments which I will cherish. There are other moments which I will definitely detest. Anyhow life does not end here. I have tonnes of stories to tell starting from my 1st grade till my Masters. There were wonderful people I met, there were pure ludicrous idiots whom I also met. At the end of the day, if anybody reads this, just remember do not undermine the value of gut reactions. Also if everything becomes overwhelming, take a break. Good luck.

I need to handle my rejections better.

Ok, I have gotten a bunch of rejections and I have a feeling that I might not go into my top choice university. Now the thing is, if I a really interested to go for a PhD in Machine Learning , how to improve my application for the next year. Should I go to industry and work for 2 to 3 years and then reapply. How to proceed from here? I would appreciate reply from students who did not got to their first choice in their 1st choice( sorry ... ) Thanks M
