@AUDandCats @GraceAudiology I just received an e-mail today getting a GA position and some additional funding! & @AMP´d-AuD are you talking about University of the Pacific or Pacific University? Because I know University of the Pacific opened up their applications again for UW applicants, but I haven't heard about Pacific Uni! But in regards to your question, I want to go to Pacific because of the accelerated program, their block schedule classes, the super friendly staff & the opportunity to do clinics pretty much anywhere you want starting your second year of school!

Same here! I should be accepting the offer soon, I want to hear back from SDSU first, but Pacific was my first choice, so I would love to exchange info!

Just heard back from SDSU/UCSD, got placed as #8 on their waitlist hahaha I guess I will keep waiting!

I’m not sure... when I got the phone call they said they were gonna send the e-mail & a physical copy.... but I could have heard wrong!! Because I don’t think I’ve gotten a letter yet..

Just received an acceptance e-mail from Pacific University!!!! I'm so relieved this was my top choice so it's a huge weight off my shoulders! Good luck to everyone else still in the waiting game! Currently still waiting to hear back from four other schools

I was going to request a Skype interview as well for Pacific University but I wanted to see the campus as well so I decided to fly out here! YES! i'm the only person in my class who is going into Audiology actually haha!

@Ganthig Hey I was wondering the same thing.... I know for their speech program they needed to make a video of themselves... But there was no requirement like that for the AuD program.. So I'm not sure either... But I haven't heard anything back from them...

Helloo! I'm also in the waiting game now after submitting my apps. I was just wondering, how do you know which schools provide more funding? I've been looking through this thread and a lot of people have been offered a full-ride, but how? Do you have to ask what kind of additional funding is available?

@AuD01 Wow I'm so glad to hear that others have the same long term goal as me

I'm actually graduating with my bachelors in Comm Dis, and I thought speech therapy is what I wanted to do at first, but my Audiology professor's passion for Audiology inspired me and made me more interested in the field of Audiology! I'm hoping in the long run I'll be able to go on mission trips to help others in countries where they don't have the funds or technology to get hearing aids and services.

Hi! I just applied using their Jan. 15 deadline, I didn't even know that it was extended until Feb 15 actually! My interview is set for next week so I'm super nervous!! Are you also applying to Pacific U?

I'm trying to stay on the West Coast as you can tell by my choices of schools.
