Sounds the same! I was accepted like March 21st, so I’m probably behind everyone else. But he also mentioned that they’re a little overwhelmed with undergrad financial aid right now. I’m *supposed* to give notice before May in order to not be a complete d*** at work, but I also want all finances handled before I resign. Sigh. Maybe a miracle will happen and I’ll get it early!

You GUYS! It’s almost time! Maybe today will be a day of good news!!!

So I went ahead and accepted NYU’s offer. I don’t think I can wait until the (hopefully) end of April to set everything in motion to leave my job and move across the country. But I’m still hanging around here, you guys. I am in it with you until the end!

So... I have officially submitted my deposit to NYU. So excited! (Also a teacher-turning-social worker!)

Listen. It’s going to be ok. Everything will work out as it’s supposed to. I did the same thing for undergrad. It was the *only* school I wanted to go to. It worked out! Surround yourself with positivity. Think only the best. Smudge yourself with sage if you have to!

I’m dying... still waiting on a financial package to see if I can swing it! Then again, I don’t really care how much I have to borrow lol... If I am going, I’ll move in August. I’m locked in my current lease through July 31st.
