  1. I got an email telling me who my advisor is and how to register. Right now, I'm having trouble registering because I don't see a place to do that.
  2. I got my email accepting my acceptance. So that's one less worry. I have asked off work for August 15th-18th. Maybe we can meet face to face. I would have made a friend.
  3. I have no idea. I checked our P.O. box this morning and I haven't gotten a letter yet. I am wondering about accepting the acceptance. I emailed Dr. Bourne back, but I haven't gotten a response back about the acceptance. Did you? I'm also wondering about orientation. My son is heading to UA in the fall and wondering if our orientations will be the same day and such. So many questions.
  4. I got my acceptance email like less then an hour ago. I hope you get yours soon
  5. They would have changed it on a Friday. Now we have to wait out the weekend...or longer.
  6. Yes, but this was several years back.
  7. Oh, I don't know. I signed up to start Fall 2018. I'm hoping this week. But my old director said she wasn't notified until June after applying for online. It would be nice to have more communication.
  8. Well, this has bummed me out (Congratulations! ). I submitted my application before the March 1st deadline for priority consideration and haven't heard back. I guess I will just wait and see.
  9. I have been swamped at work today. My director is heading out of town the rest of the week and I've been taking care of things. It might have to wait until tomorrow.
  10. I have not. I'm about to though. I really need to know.
  11. I have not. I keep checking my application process page. And my email.
  12. I did not. I will be a returning adult student with a son entering college in the fall as well. UA was in my price range for online students. Its been 20 years since I left undergrad and this is a huge step for me. The thing I'm concerned about is my undergrad was a 2.82, but with me experience (9 years at the same library) and my MAT score (423), I'm hoping they will take that into consideration.
  13. I applied for online Masters at University of Alabama. I already have a full time job at a public library and hoping to be accepted.
