Hello, happy to see a thread has started for this application cycle. I'm applying for PhD in Healthcare Management and policy. I was half way through the process of applying last year but then changed my mind so here I am planning on taking the plunge this year hopefully it works out. Already have my list of schools but need to look over it again , take the GRE and start the application process.

Hello, I'm applying for PhD programs in Healthcare management and policy this cycle. I'm planning to take my GRE some time at end of this month or early November but I thought i might get a head start with applications. I have a few questions for you guys 1- how important is it to contact POI some schools actually discourage it on their websites stating that professor might be bust and would likely not reply 2- how many schools should you apply to?
