NYU online is waiving them for the fall 2020 applicants

So I'm starting this process a bit early but it better to be early than to late. I am just nervous with my GPA and GRE scores that I will never be accepted to graduate school. I started as a Dance Major at a community college in South Jersey. I eventually changed majors to Liberal Arts with a Speech Concentration. Then that program was cut because of low enrollment. When this happened I became a Liberal Arts and Science Major and graduated with Associates after 3 1/2 years. Then took a semester off and transferred to a University in the Fall of 2015. I just graduated with my Bachelors of Health Science, Pre-Communication Disorders. When I graduated from the University my overall GPA is a 3.34 and my major GPA is a 3.41. I was just wondering what my chances are of being excepted into a graduate school. I plan to retake GREs and my scores were a 138 in Quantitative and 139 in Qualitative and for the written it was a 2.5. These are terrible scores but I was taking a chemistry exam the same day and was not aware I could cancel or postpone my test. I also have worked 2 jobs to put myself through school during these last few years. I could of done so much better but the past is the past. I do have a very well rounded resume including working as a Substitute Teacher, Nannying, Research Assistant, Notetaker for hard of hearing students, Dance teacher, Youth Theater Choreographer, and also volunteer work with a local hospital. I have also worked retail for the last few years. Any advice or thoughts on my situation would be greatly appreciated. I have also been making a list on where I would like to apply - Old Dominion University, Stockton University, Salus University (PA), University of Delaware, University of central Florida, Nova, NYU(online program), Valdosta in Georgia, Howard University, La Salle, West Chester, Etc
