Any of you know if CU Boulder will have a PREP program for the 2019-2020 year? It looks like they're trying to get one started.

Already PMed them awhile back! And i definitely agree that people are more than stats- the PREP programs in particular look at the applicant as a whole and if the program would provide a benefit to them in the year+ they have on the grant.
