Could go as late as late march. Try asking the offer if they can push back the deadline. I have heard that they would usually give it to you because if they don't some students take it and then leave anyways to go to a better school.

I got admitted to Toronto for a PhD track masters in compsci. Still waiting for other results but I'm so happy already ? Best of luck everyone!

I got accepted to phd track masters today (u of t). It's the only school i applied to in Canada. I didn't have to answer any questions other than the standard u of t application.
