Me too! I’m definitely proof that they look holistically and not just at grades from when an applicant was a teenager. I submitted January 1, one of my letters of rec was delayed.

This afternoon, and yes! My official acceptance hasn’t been sent yet, but I got an email about scholarships, etc, and called to confirm.

I got in! I can’t believe it! I literally called to see if it was a mistake! (2.9 undergrad GPA, 4.0 GPA in non degree seeking classes since 2015, lots of Life Experience [see also: my 2.9 GPA], volunteer work w domestic violence survivors, and paid work in law & public policy)

I am perfectly ok w being rejected (it’s a selective program and I will be in good company!) but I just want to KNOW, you know?

does anyone know if we’ll get decisions on the distance learning program this week as well?

Everyone will hear the week of March 22nd, I believe. They do it all at once and pretty late.

Similar to me!! I applied by 1/8, didn’t major in SW in undergrad, and also didn’t have an average-for-UNC GPA. I’m hoping my professional/volunteer experience and extenuating circumstances help me. Fingers crossed!!!
