No, but I received notice that I was not selected for admission via email saying, "We receive 150 - 200 applications and your application was advanced to the 2nd stage of reviews in the top 40 applications." Guess I'll prepare to reapply for next year. Good luck to you!

I'm still waiting to hear from UIC but I'm thinking about plan B just in case. I'm new at this so can anyone offer any advice for reapplying? Who to talk to, re-writing personal statement, etc.

Hello all. I just came across this forum and thought I'd join in the commiserating. I just received my rejection notice from UNC and am awaiting to hear from UIC. ? Has anyone heard from them yet?
