Hi, there I am one of the main list candicates. It is true what has been said by other user. The main list candidates were given 3 days for their confirmation. I was notified by April 8th and responded the day after. Now we (me and the other main list candidates, in ECT+ and in other EMJMD programs) are in the stage of confusion about so called preregistration documents bureaucracy. It got us confused as some documents needed to be legalized by ministries and Spanish consulate, which all of them are closed due to the pandemic. Dont lose your hope yet! Our worry now is that some programs might get postponed or even cancelled (like WAVES program). Even some programs indicated possibilities that it might be started online in the Sep. By the way, I applied several programs of EMJMD for several years before finally got accepted on ECT+. Even if you dont get it by this year, you still have the hopes for future years!

it actually depends on the case. Sometimes it can take up to July, I even heard some people in the reserved list get notified they get into main list in August! which program did you apply?

I have, several times, for several years before finally ECT+ just emailed that I was selected as EM grant holder. Do you know your rank among the others? If your rank is quite high and close to main list, you can keep up your hope. I know some people that were initially placed in reserved list but then moved to main list. I also read in some forums that sometimes even ranked 30-ish could move to the mainlist, but the latter case could be very rare, and need a little luck and magic, but do ever happens. Good luck!

Hi.. I applied to ECT+ and MER+ as well. I got notification that I was selected as EM Grant holder on April 8th 2020. They also replied my response email afterwards (yesterday) that they would give detail regarding registration soon. As MER+ I got latest news on late March I believe. They only said I was conditionally accepted. That's all.

Hi there! Finally someone! No I have not heard back anything yet. Where do you know few other people that also applying to the programs? I knew someone who admitted IMETE program last year said that he saw the committee finished the meeting last week so the final results should come out anytime soon. But he also said that last year he got the announcement that he initially listed as reserve list on first week of May and then his status was changed into main list on the second week of May. Last year around 800 people applying for IMETE so I think this year not so much different too but I dont know why nobody else asking the results to come out in the forums like us. Lol. Where r you coming from? Are you applying to other Erasmus programs beside IMETE?

Hi All, I applied for MER+, IMETE, and Wacoma this year. MER+ sent me conditially accepted email just 3 days after my application completed. The conditional acceptance only needed my study plan agreement and sign on scholarship application declaration. In my study plan, I even already got tutor name. When I searched his name, he was professor of one of the university partner. After that, I have not heard back from them yet until now. And my status is still in "conditional acceptance" state. In fact, their web said that the preliminary results should be published in late march and applicants would have 14 days for appeal until final decision on April 15th. But until now, I heard nothing. How can I make an appeal before the final decision if I still dont know my status yet? Have already emailed the consortium twice and got no response at all. For IMETe, they did not send me any email but my application status in my account changed into "academically admitted" like 2 weeks after my application submission. It was like on end of February, more than one month ago. They said in the web that they expected to inform all applicant about the status before April 30th. And for WACOMA, they sent me email stated that I was eligible and they would inform all applicants including the rejected and the waitlisted once they have done with the rank. They stated nothing about the timeline. I am a bit frustrated right now that 3 programs I applied did not give me any scholarship results news, especially for MER+ that should inform the preliminary results at late March whereas now we are on first week of April and they confirmed nothing. Does it mean that my chance getting in the mainlist very low? Does the consortium usually send the mainlist, waitlisted and the rejected ones at the same time or the main listers usually get it earlier?

I am applying from Indonesia. I am curious why were you rejected by one of programs you applied for? I think no one applying IMETe, MER+ and WACOMA are equally worried as me because I have been digging into internet and nobody applying for those programs hanging around the forum asking about when the results come out just like me right now. Lol.

MER+, IMETE, and WaCoMa. How is it with your Glocal announcement guy?

I did. Even twice but they have not replied back yet. It is said in the website that preliminary result should be published in the 3rd-4th week of March but nothing has announced publicly yet. Anyway goodluck to all of you applying for Glocal!

Hi all there I applied for Erasmus+ scholarships but for other programs. And I got null responses asking if anyone applied to the same program as me. At least Glocal has social media portal that gave announcements already. All 3 programs I applied to has nothing?

Anyone applied for IMETE, WACOMA, or MER+? I applied 3 of them. Got admission letter already but no news yet about the scholarship. MER+ said in their website that preliminary results of scholarship awardee should be published late March (3rd-4th week). We are already in 28th of March and MER+ still inform nothing. Do they inform the applicants directly to email or they published it through their web? Anyone has experience on this program? I am freaky worried as this was my 3rd time applying Emundus scholarship. Previously just got the waiting list position.
