Is anyone who got accepted to western declining their offer?

Hey! I got waitlisted at Western this year. If I don't get in I plan on reapplying next year, so I was wondering if you had any tips on how to improve my application?

I got wait listed from Western, so I called them and they said they accepted 34 students, and there are 30 on the wait list.
