Those of you already in programs or applying to them, what's your experience/anticipation of student health insurance? Fortunately, I have a little more time on my parent's insurance, but I'm definitely nervous about the options I'll have in the PhD for insurance. As a disabled individual in particular, not being on any health insurance is not possible for me. Do you guys get private insurance or has student insurance been alright for you? What's your experience with it? Thanks!
