ME TOO??? OMG IS THIS IT OR A MESS UP

Hi there everyone, I was just popping in and wondering if anyone has heard anything back from Korbel yet? I applied for a dual MSW/MA program and trying to chalk up my debt for both programs, but don't want to get ahead of myself good luck to all

What types of questions do they ask you in the interview? Mine is next week

Did you check your application portal? That's where mine was. It said an update was made, and there was a small link on the side of the page that said "view your letter". It's easy to miss on the side.

One of my big things is I planned on getting a new car around July, but now rethinking it in case I go to a mass-transit city. I'm from rural Kansas originally where there's literally no buses or anything, so it seems absurd to not have a car. If I go to Denver or ASU, I can't imagine I wouldn't have a car. At Penn, I think I'd keep my car, too. But if I'm in NYC, I think I'll sell out the car.

ASU also won't give me a number until I submit my deposit. Denver though gave me my scholarship amount and said work-study, assistanceships and loans will come in the next two weeks.

Yeah I think I'm just annoyed that I applied for priority on those places and have felt like I've been waiting forever on CU.

At what point does it become worth it to reach out to schools and inquire about my applications or pending status? I feel like I definitely got waitlisted from CU and NYU but would they tell me?

how do people afford grad school? i'm looking at my scholarships and my FAFSA allotted loans and still have to come up with more money. HOW.

I should say that that 32 is for both years which is oof

Looking at my offered aid vs tuition is a big YIKES but I’ll worry later.

Mine looks different too. It’s pretty barren. I’d say don’t worry until anything is said.

Denver is overall my top choice because of the dual master program I applied to, and the location and cost in comparison to other schools. Commuting from Aurora everyday would be well welcomed compared to a subway from NJ to NYC. I kind of pushed off my nerves over this decision in an attempt to keep myself sane but I feel like I'm just shaking now.

Denver’s system messed up on Saturday and didn’t send out anything when it was supposed to send out all decisions so they have to fix it and make sure they come out today
