Hello Simo, Does it mean that those who have not their funding period changed should lose their hope and are already failed? Mine has not changed, while that of a co-applicant has already changed?

Hi Nasi, I checked it with another candidate and his profile was not like this so I thought maybe it has a special meaning. I also noticed it today, so I can't compare it with the past. Let's just hope that's a good news. cheers,

Hi, I also applied from Iran. Today I noticed something in my DAAD profile that I thought maybe has a positive meaning. When I enter in "personal funding" section and go to "application" part, I see a big green thick in front of "funding programme" section. When I take the cursor upon the tick it says successful. Is your profile the same?

I did call them, but the secretary said that the information is classified and we cannot share it with you. By the way, thank you for sharing the annual report. Hi, Where did you get that information? i don't think that more than half of the applicants were eliminated in the first round. Anyway, i try to reach them out as soon as possible and then share with you the information.

Maybe we should call the DAAD center in Tehran and check which account is closer to the reality. For now I just hope that your account of the story prevails.

I am also Iranian. I applied for PhD and my major is international law, how about you? I heard from a friend that 60 applicants got through the first round and were chosen for the interview, among them 15 individuals will receive the scholarship, so let's hope for the best.
