just checked penn state website .It stated that interviews for international students will be through skype This is what got from Yale's website Applicants whom the admissions committees intend to invite for on-campus interviews will be contacted in December or early January. Applicants who reside overseas will be contacted in February or March to schedule Skype interviews. Each Track has a slightly different timeline in reviewing applications and making admissions decisions. Applicants may receive a decision as early as January or as late as April Do you think its the same for all.
