FYI, accepted to Cranbrook sculpture today, official offer letters to be sent out for that department this week.
Syracuse also sent out official offer letters today.

Also received a phone call from Bard yesterday saying I got accepted. 

Decided on Oxford's Ruskin MFA over UChicago. Best of luck to everyone!

Just heard back from Goldsmiths this morning. They invited me to interview on March 24th, 16:00 UK time.

The MFA is an 18-month studio-based programme (two academic years) with a two part, written and oral, Critical Studies component. The MA is a 24-month studio-based programme, which has a taught History and Theory of Art component. All students follow the same studio programme, working alongside each other in an open studio environment, electing to work in the Sculpture, Painting or Fine Art Media areas. There is lively cross over between all areas.

I have an undergraduate degree from UK and i applied Slade MFA this year (got an invitation of interview in March), originally i would like to apply MA but just too lazy for drafting a research proposal after finalising the profolio ...

Edit: I just reread your post more thoroughly and realized you were asking specifically about the TAship pay. I don't actually know the answer to that, I'm sorry! But I'll leave my answer for the rest of it.
 
I was told by an admissions person from a grad school at National Portfolio Day to always ask for more funding. She said that the worst they can do is say no, but often if the funding is available, they'll work with you. She did preface it with "you didn't hear it from me, but..." though, so take that as you will. ? I think if you wrote to them or spoke with them in a polite, professional, and earnest-about-their-school way, explaining that you going there depends on your financial situation, then you wouldn't seem ungrateful or needy. They know very well that they're expensive and a big investment. Also, congrats!

So I work in undergraduate admissions... a handful of people try negotiate their scholarship amounts after acceptance, and almost all of the time those students end up receiving more funding. Has anyone in this forum tried this with a graduate program? I got into a program with tuition waived and a fellowship/assistantship in exchange for 20 hrs of TA work. Accepting these fellowships are like accepting a job offer, and for job offers I know its best to try negotiate your pay.  I'm a bit worried I will come off as ungrateful or needy, but I don't just want to assume that their offer non-negotiable. Any advice?

this has been really helpful throughout this experience and I figured I’d post some updates on my application status and announcement dates for the people who are looking into this next year. I applied to three schools for painting:
Yale: 
received letter of invitation for interview (1/28) although other departments heard back later. It got back to me over email in the form of an update on my application status. 
interviews are scheduled for 1/17-1/21
currently waiting on result
Bard:
received letter of invitation for interview (2/11) and I believe all departments found out on same day. It got back to me over email in the form of an update to my application status.
interviews are held 3/7. You basically fill out a form to confirm your attendance and they come up with a time and let you know (2/19)
UCLA: as of yet, I have heard nothing. If anyone’s heard anything about this, aside from the new genres announcement a few weeks back, do let me know! 
Anyway that’s it for me so far, thanks again to everyone for all the contributions and solidarity.

Congratulations! A mentor of mine graduated from Cranbrook (not in fiber), and 20 years later he still talks about the program fondly. I hope you have a lovely time if you choose to go!
