It's so disgusting that Syracuse didn't put names on the rejection letters. I feel like that is a school who applicants should definitely boycott next year. I just had my first bout of weeping. Someone got a call for fiction. So here we are. Also, This whole process blows. ?

Oh for sure, still write! I'll have to do it in between studying though lolol. I've applied to get my second bachelor's degree as well so either way going back to school in the fall. Lol

Hi all! I stumbled across this yesterday night and was up till 4am reading. Congratulations to all the acceptances!! And Rejections suck and I am sorry to everyone who has gotten them. To be honest I was a little naive when applying to schools. I don't think I understood how competitive creative writing MFA programs were. Not that I didn't know they were competitive. More like I didn't get *how* competitive. Ha. Anyways, at the start of this I thought I was going to apply to five schools and then slowly just...stopped. I only submitted one application y'all and now I'm about to lay a brick with anxiety. ??? I have a back up plan though, so if I'm rejected then I'm moving in a different direction. I just don't have endless cash to keep blowing on applications to be rejected in the end. Sigh. My pessimism is really taking over here. Lolol
