I applied for an emergency appointment for F-1 visa last June 30 in Manila, denied with no reason other than the embassy is close. I would like to request again, and mentioned that I will be participating for the COVID research. But they mentioned that each applicant is entitled for one emergency appointment only. Will the US government will still not allow paying students overseas even with the current situation? I hope this is possible.

I asked Harvard Grad School for update from them. I applied in Harvard PhD in Biophysics Program and they say, last Feb 25, that my application is still under review. All results will be available by March 15. Are there any applicants in the Biophysics program? Thank you!
