  1. @SLP.gal check you myfresnostate portal. It will tell you there
  2. @SLP.gal right! Hopefully they let us know this week. I've been waitlisted in a few other schools and I know the deadline to responded is tomorrow. Hopefully we get an answer before having to place a large deposit down elsewhere.
  3. I did receive an email from the school. it is sent over from the graduate.school email
  4. @Futureslp90 I was curious, is Fresno your alma mater? Or did you completed your BA/BS else where?
  5. Hi, I am waitlisted as well, I have a 3.8 CDIS and 3.7 GPA, 25 hours of observation, bilingual with also 3 years of ASL, ABA experience with board certification, I've volunteered for San Diego education system.. I think that is it. I don't have any research under my belt. Oh, major is SLP with a minor in health and human services.
  6. I am expecting that we should know by next week
  7. I am curious if anyone has been accepted to CSU Fresno SLP MA program yet? They seem to take forever? And if anyone had attended how did you like the program?
  8. From my understanding, its pretty expensive. There are 70+ units required. The program runs through AUG, which is an issue considering academic years begin in AUG. They require a CBEST by approval which is an issue for those who have yet to complete it since the center are shut down due to the COVID-19. They require 25 observation hours even though they don't state it in the app. The first semester to 18+ units which is ALOT for grad school.
  9. I love it! It such a great school! The staff is wonderful and always willing to help you. The practicum placements are a strong area for this program. I found that we have some great locations. We have a 100% passing rate and the cohort size is pretty small. The facility is caring and really supports their students, not to mention they are pretty impressive. Mrs. Buckley is the best! This program allows you to control you degree by selecting the electives that align with your SIG. As far as New Haven, the perfect place for a student. It has great cafe shops. Westville apartments are a great place to check out! Check out some houses to rent, I found they are the best deal. ANNNDDD NYC is a train ride away! You can also attend part time AND THE COST IS PRETTY SWEET. 1!
