This isn't true! I talked to my realtor in Toronto and they said that this is false. I think your property manager might be lying to you or they're confused. The only things that have been 'suspended' are evictions - landlords cannot evict tenants right now.
“I think your property manager might be lying to you” <= this. Something like this d immediately be covered as breaking news by CP24 etc but as of this date cant find any articles regarding this.
If I were you I d ask that property manager to provide any proof regarding this; like over priced hand sanitizers, definitely possible that some ppl d try to take advantage of this situation....

Still at “Recommended for Assessment”, however, I ve just noticed that “Third Party Release” s been added as one of the Required Documents. (although #required says 0)
Anyone?

I m concerned that this virus outbreak might further slow down this already deadly slow Faculty review process....

Hi guys,
NPSIA applicant here, still at “Recommended for Assessment” stage. Officially confirmed with NPSIA that faculty hasnt reviewed my application as of today. Anyone in the same situation? I was also wondering, does the fact that the admissions committee preliminary reviewed my app and has referred to Faculty mean that I have passed minimal requirements like GPA? Does the admissions committee fail applicants on their end?
Thank you!

Haha I knew some ppl, like me, d have difficulty enrolling in courses currently at 1.0 credit right now for the Fall semester (those three mandatory Fall courses), but still I must add 0.5 course otherwise I dont think I d be able to maintain a full time status? (1.5 Fall / 1.5 Winter = 3.0 credits) This is really ridiculous; cant enroll in my own specialization courses/ in other courses since they r being reserved for other specializations... lol
