I only applied to HKS and UChicago Harris! They both offer substantial quantitative coursework, plenty of opportunities for student research, and great access to impressive professors/guest lecturers. I also feel strongly about being in a major US city. I already got in to Harris but crossing my fingers for the Kennedy School
A dean called me to congratulate me on getting in and I had also not heard back about Pearson, so I asked her about it. She told me that all the funding has already been distributed. It seems a little misguided to not send any sort of notification to people who didn't get the fellowship, but c'est la vie. Maybe notification is still to come, but if you haven't heard anything, I'm guessing it's a no.
I got an email from an HKS Student Ambassador early this morning answering some questions I had about career services and volunteer opportunities. One line of the email included "I would recommend that you check-in and keep in touch with OCA when you come to HKS..." I'm likely reading too much into this, but did anyone else get a similar email?
