I am at cross roads right now deciding between BU and an other school. I will be able to decide by April 1 and can refer you if I decline BU. Best of luck buddy!!

I am international student and got full funding from BU. But BU has many programs so I don't know if every program supports international student.

It seems so.. I will probably wait till April 1st week and then decide on offers I already have..

This is the reply I got on Friday from Tufts CMDB: "Our faculty enjoyed meeting with you and you are definitely on our list of top applicants, however we haven’t had any movement on our offer list yet, so I’m unable to give you any useful information today. If you are willing to share the names of the other programs you have offers from, I could compare and contrast the Tufts CMDB program vs those based on your research interests in the event that you are having trouble deciding whether to wait for us or not." I am not entirely sure if first round of offers have gone through and other are on waitlist or no offers have been made until now.

Are you an international student? If yes, here is the response I got from the admin: "Everyone really enjoyed meeting you and the admissions committee has ranked you highly. Unfortunately, we are delayed in the timing of our offers to international students. So, while we can't make you an offer right now, it's possible that we will be in the next few weeks. Of course we understand if you have other opportunities you are considering - please keep us up to date as your plans evolve, and we will reach out to you as soon as we have more information." At this point I am not even considering Brandeis as I have other admits. I hope this helps. Good luck.

I hope everything is going great for everyone. I currently work at Weill Cornell and this application season was good for me. I am just putting out here what my current PI told me this past week. Weill Cornell has collaborated with Houston Methodist and this year they are starting a joint PhD program. Essentially you will be working under a PI at Houston Methodist but will receive graduate degree from Weill Cornell. Application deadline for Fall 2021 is March 15th if I am not wrong.
