Thank you! I honestly don’t know. I was not expecting to hear back so soon, that was a shocker. I heard back on January 4th. I will say this, a Professor of mine got a really nice letter from UPenn yesterday thanking him (almost a month after he sent his letter) for his thoughtful LOR on my behalf. I don’t know what that means, but he said that he has never received a personal thank you letter like that. The letter mentioned they would be announcing their decisions in February. cheers!

I would recommend that you reach out to your former graduate program and let them know what's going on and ask if he is available or if they have a way to reach him. Most programs are happy to help if you're an alumni. Good luck with that!!

New here... I've applied to several programs including Communications, Political Science, and Sociology. My interests are interdisciplinary in nature and lie at the intersection of democracy, media, politics, and culture. I am especially interested in the use of media to undermine democracy and democratic norms in the US. Below are comms programs that I've applied too.
