Hey, another Vietnamese here! I was admitted to a Psychology program but admittedly not clinical. I would echo what the previous commenter has said about getting as much research experience as possible (either by doing research, publishing, or presenting). I would recommend knowing who would be writing your recommendation letters and letting them know that you will ask for a letter in the future. Be sure to study for GRE also! I declined my offer at FIU a few days ago. They should be reaching out to their waitlist.

I'm in I/O Psychology so takes this with a grain of salt. I was recommended for my program and was offered admission a few days later. Still, if I were you, I would still check with the program to be sure. Good luck on your application!

I got accepted to BGSU. For me, I think it was due to my past research experiences and matching research interests. I'm also waiting to hear back from Minnesota btw.

Same here! I think we are on the shortlist since no offer was made during the event, so I don't think we are guaranteed. Still, best of luck to you all!

I was invited to their recruitment weekend last week. I believe they will send out their offer soon

My POI from University of Minnesota reached out to me in early January for an interview. I remembered my POI said that result should be coming out in early Feb.

To the person who just posted about being rejected from Texas A&M, may I ask if you received a rejection email from them or did you have to reach out to the department to inquire about your status? Thanks !!!
