It's good to see other people have non-traditional backgrounds, too! I have a Bachelor's degree in English, and I was an English Instructor for nearly ten years with a Master's in Writing and Publishing. Then, I decided that I'd rather go into psychology with my research interests (technology and mental health before it was technology and language change), and I worked towards a second Master's degree in psychology (finished in 2020). I was worried that being non-traditional might hurt my chances, but then again, it might bolster my application, too! Cheers to everyone getting to where they want/need to be!
