(even tho I mostly just read your posts) I'm now planning to start at NYU in the fall (CP/methods) and focus on internet/social media politics & political movements. hey @LondonN, if your program is under the maccracken fellowship you could apply for the maccracken housing program (subsidized housing for first year PhD students in stuytown) which is a pretty good deal for year 1 i'm planning to start at nyu in the fall as well

@acimova I don't know much about CUNY's program or reputation (also an int'l), but 1 thing I can say that I'm not sure whether you know is that CUNY is part of the 'interuniversity doctoral consortium' which includes NYU, Columbia, New School, Fordham, Rutgers, Princeton, and SUNY, so theoretically you could at some point take classes at any of these campuses

For WUSTL, portal hasn't changed. It was an email from the DGS without an official letter or funding info etc, and it seems like we're getting it a couple mins apart so they could still be sending them. Good luck either way!

Claiming another WUSTL admit! But I did get it a couple minutes after @NeedaMormon posted so it does look like individual emails might still be rolling out.
