Anyone got into NC State with full funding? I saw that those accepted where placed on the funding waitlist. Are they announcing those accepted with full funding at the end?

Congrats on your admission! Yes, this does answer my question. I was just wondering where on the portal it said that you are accepted cause I have been checking mine and there is nothing except my application proof and a list of things I submitted for my application. So where can I find if a decision was made? Or I have to wait for an email and then my portal will be updated?

Hello everyone, again! So after I received the email from Arizona state regarding my acceptance, they also told me that I was waitlisted for funding. From what I understood from the program coordinator response to me is that the top-ranked students got the TA funding and they have a decision to make to accept the offer anytime before April 15. Once someone decides to decline an offer, that TA fund will go to one of the applicants on the waitlist. However, I do not know how many are waitlisted and I did not ask her that afterwards. She also said that this year the department is not likely to get additional funds for extra TA from the College. I am still waiting to hear from other schools.

Hey Guys, I have some good news! I got accepted into Arizona State, however, they said I have been waitlisted for the funding. They said they are trying to get funding within the next few weeks. Is that something common? I emailed the program coordinator and told her that I prefer to have funding because this was the purpose I applied to grad school. I am waiting for a reply from her Can someone tell me what to do?

You are so right! But the temptation of sending out that email is too much. I tell myself what’s the worst that could happen if I send out this email to the director? But another part tells me he might throw your app in the trash if I send him!

I am trying to hold myself from not sending an email to the director of the program regarding my application status. Shall I send him an email asking about the rolling, early action and early decision process and when will I hear back from them regarding my application? If you agree or disagree, please tell me why

But why would that person get an acceptance at the end of January and I will have to wait till the mid of February?

So, if someone received an acceptance in January, that means that the person applied way before the deadline? Even if the official decision are usually out mid-Feb?

I just saw on the search results of this website that someone got accepted into Arizona state with full funding, it seems they replied to that person on January 31st, 2021. I emailed the department two days ago and they said that they are still going through applications and that i should hear a notification soon. I tried to locate the comment on the threads but its seems I cannot find it except on the SEARCH OUR GRADUATE SCHOOL ADMISSION RESULTS page. Does that mean the notification that I will receive is a rejection or they are still going through applications? Are they doing it based on rolling basis or early action?

So, Cornell just emailed me and I did not make it. I had 50/50 feelings on this one. I still have 6 more to go. I hope it gets better from here also, I saw on the search result page that someone got accepted to UW-Madison with full funding and that the school is only taking 1-3 students in the communication department this year. So I assume since I did not get an interview invitation this one is out too. i also applied to AU but I have low hopes for this one since I applied to the program 30 minutes before the deadline.

Hey guys, I am still waiting on decisions roll out. Some said mid-feb while some said March and some said April! I am stressed and I am scared. I don’t want to get my expectations too high. How is everyone doing? Really share your feelings!
