    Did OISE really need to send out a SURVEY right now in the middle of an application cycle... ? ?my heart literally drops everytime

    I know that UTSC typically accept 4-5 a year. My understanding of this is that 4 were sent out (first round), and subsequent rounds/offers might occur later in the cycle if any of the 4 initial acceptances decline the offer. Hope this helps
