    Yeah, I am thinking maybe its a funding issue because I don't think anyone got admission offers yet. I know of at least 6 people who got waitlisted, which you it would be 7 people. That's quite a high number for a waitlist according to some of professors.

    Hey, I got waitlisted. Were you waitlisted as well. It's so weird that everyone I know of has either been rejected or waitlisted.

    Hi! Did anyone receive an admission offer from UT Austin yet? I just went through all the result postings and it seems like around 10 people got waitlisted, me included of course. Does anyone know if that's how it usually is with UT Austin?

    So glad this thread exists!! I applied to USC UT-Austin UW-Seattle NYU Tisch UCSB University of Colorado-Boulder Indiana University Bloomington So far I have heard from UC Santa Barbara only and its a rejection sadly. Not a very positive response to begin with.
