I tried. The grad admissions office told me funding was final. And I have a couple offers where I know I am not going for various reasons. Probably should decline them sooner than later but I haven't yet ?‍♂️

Got into Munk also! Wondering if anyone received funding?

I emailed Munk regarding MGA decision timing last week but did not get a response. My impression is that they sent the first round of decisions out and are waiting to see how many more spots there are. I am not holding my breath.

I saw a few people had heard regarding the MGA and MPP, but not a significant number. Thinking about reaching out for a timeline. I am an international student (USA) and this is the last school I am waiting on.

Just got the rejection letter for Yale Jackson MGA. Sucks but probably a good thing. Narrows down the choices for me!

I think they released decisions March 4 2020, which was the first Wednesday. Fingers crossed it is the same timeline this year.

Admitted into the International Economic Policy program. Received 18k/yr. Not my top choice but a competitive offer

Underwrite commercial real estate loans. No significant public policy/international experience yet. Strength of SOP: I think I did a good job. I don’t have the international/policy background as other candidates but that’s what I want to build. The programs I am going for are economics and analysis driven, which are my main strengths. Most of my essay was reconciling my strengths to my goals in policy analysis. Strength of LORs: 1 professional (current manager) & 2 academic (senior thesis advisor and published economist) Other: This is a career pivot for me, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. So far, I am thrilled. I was thinking one or two schools with limited funding. Waiting on funding, but I think I will be able to negotiate between GWU and American (top 2 schools). Maybe Yale too! Also, congrats to everyone who has gotten in so far! Lurking on this forum has kept me sane. It’s good to know other people are just as excited/nervous as me!
