Hoi, same here! No news from me from Belgium. Still 'paper copies received'. I sent an email to the Brussels offices on Friday though, just to their general address, not a specific person. I asked if they have any info at all on when results will be out. Let's hope for some news next week! (Realizing the irony of us saying this every single week ?)

I think the only 'real' sign that you are awarded is by receiving a message in your Portal along with an Award Letter attached.
However, 'Funding' status is a super strong sign
Now you need to wait for a while, or if you are curious, you can ask the DAAD officer using 'Messages' function in your portal.

Hello everyone. My status changed to funding but I haven't received an email/confirmation letter yet. Can one say with 100% guarantee that i was awarded a scholarship?

Received a message today to inform me that I have been placed on the reserve candidate list :/ Applied for the PhD research grant. Status on the portal stated as 'selection made'.

Wow, congrats!! (You're from Armenia right? Did the status change for you at 21:00? They still change it that late?)
No news from Belgium ?  like please just give us an update on the delays! since normally we should have gotten the news by now ?

Just got the info from the DAAD office in my country (Serbia) - for MA scholarships in fine art/film/design - the results will come in the second half of May.

Unfortunately the scholarship I've applied to, despite my nationality, is not depending on the Italian DAAD office, but on the Bonn's one.
The coordinator replied me once, when I've asked about a technical problem. This time I've haven't heard from him at all.

Las thing I heard was in November, half a year ago ?  I'm also intrigued by the people on here who've successfully contacted their local offices though... I'm *almost* considering it but idk, should probably just train my patience

Your Award Letter should not be too far behind, at least that was my case. I got an enrollment notice from another German Lesson before I got the Award Letter. The Award Letter was sent the next day after the German Lesson Enrollment Letter.

I've read on the Facebook group (DAAD scholarships), at least twice, about reserved candidates who got the scholarship in the end. I am aware that these are just two random experiences/cases, but there's definitely a possibility!
