Question for my 2 yr people in the Clinical practice method ... have you received any kind of pre orientation email yet?? Also, it mentions that we should contact our graduate advisor but when I looked on the website, the advisors listed aren’t listed to match a specific method. Who is the graduate advisor for the clinical method? I feel really silly asking these questions bc I feel like I should know the answers for some reason but then again, I just got my acceptance notice. Thank you all for your consistent help

@notforyou2know absolutely, I agree with them being out of excuses. It really isn’t fair when real issues are at stake such as housing. ive tried calling and have gotten no helpful response. I’ve found more success talking to them via their chat hours but honestly, they gave me two emails and I’ve emailed both and have not gotten a response from either. what were the numbers given to you to call? And do you have the email of the person who’s been very responsive? It would greatly help me. Thank you for your helpful responses

@notforyou2know thanks for relating lol. Were you in the early March 23rd interview slot? 10:30 I believe ? At this point, I really need to have an answer because I need to apply for housing and the deadline is May 1st. I need a Hunter ID to apply. Their delay in notifying me is affecting my chances of securing housing which I really need. Also, it’s just starting to feel really irresponsible on their part to delay notification for this long. I know they’re overwhelmed with applicants but people really need to know what’s going to happen so they can make Proper arrangements To be settled in for the fall. That takes more than just a couple of months sometimes. im not sure what to do but I think I’m going to email them everyday until I get something.

Hello @Ishita Islam i am on Week 5 since I was interviewed. From what I heard from other people who were not interviewed and waiting for a response, it seems like your status will suddenly change probably by the end of this week. Or maybe Mid May I really don’t know. I seriously hope they don’t tell us later than May because that’s just a lot on their behalf. Good luck to you

Has anyone had any contact with Hunter in regards to the possibility of Dorming for the MSW program? ive emailed and called contacts listed on the website and have gotten zero response . Any help would be appreciated!

@MSWNYC I was asked to interview. I wonder if it’ll take longer for them to get back to people who have interviewed as compared to those who didn’t this is really tough but I’m wishing for the best for you all

Was anyone here in the Tuesday 23rd early morning slot (I think I t was 10:30 AM? Lol I forget a lot of things) If you were in that slot, have you heard back yet? I am really biting my nails here lol

Hello all, I just finished my interview today and I think I held my own. Im actually more concerned with logistical things at this time. Is it alright if I apply for FASFA now even though I do not have an acceptance?? Also, does anyone know what the housing situation is at the SSSW?? thank you!
