In addition to Declaration of Acceptance, you need to also send the 'Consent of Processing Medical Data' document, in order to be signed with Die Continentale, the insurance provided by DAAD.
Since you don't want to be insured with this, I suppose you need to ask them (using Messages) whether you are allowed to be exempt from the insurance or not. As far as I know, if you are above 30 and/or doing you PhD, your only option is with private insurance, like one provided by DAAD. But, I think the DAAD officer knows best

I really hope they post the result this week because almost whole next week is östern holiday and I never expect them to work hard on that period...
If they do not give us result until this week, I guess the result will come out after 6th April

I asked about results last week and was told they would "hopefully" be released within 2-3 weeks. The woman writing was really apologetic: I suspect they've faced quite a few hurdles in the process this year. I would be pleasantly surprised if we hear anything before late March at the earliest, unfortunately  .  The waiting's driving me nuts too!
