I am not a Mac student. when I got my confirmation email that I had applied to the program they sent me an email saying "You can log into the Mosaic application portal to monitor the status of your application here (https://www.mcmaster.ca/ola/grad.html)"

why do all my applications still say submitted? I applied to ubc, McMaster, western and queens in December.
