Hi! Does our chosen specialization effect our application in any way?

I emailed them a week ago and they said "Yes, we have sent out a portion of the offers and more offers will be sent out in the coming weeks" for msc global health.

Does Western mph usually do multiple rounds? or is it one of the programs that only do 2 max if necessary
