I hope so. It is alarming though that they havent sent out emails so far and its already thursday. I wonder if anyone else here has heard back since? Do they usually do interviews?

Yale GSAS decided by a vote a few years ago that they definitely have to conduct some form of interview before admitting someone. So I would wait it out for a few more days and then assume a rejection.

r/gradadmissions. Its mostly STEM folks but theres some humanities people as well.

I applied too! Have any of you applied before? when did you hear back ?

A few people on reddit did tell me they got interview calls from potential advisors, modern europe and global history if I remember correctly. Fingers crossed for both of us!
