I would say email them that you accepted a position elsewhere and that you are not available for interview!

I applied to multiple places and have interview for other graduate program at Mount Sinai so I'm not losing hope just yet...
Maybe PREP wasn't the best choice for me since I only have 6 months of previous research experience and I'm looking to become a MD/PhD student whereas most programs look for students interested in PhD only

I applied to UPenn, Yale, Brown, and the NIH IRP. Those were the only programs both in the areas of research I was interested in and location wise. Like I mentioned, I also applied to RA jobs as well but a PREP program would be much more beneficial.

Since rejected from JHU, Duke, UMass, Columbia, UNC, and Mt. Sinai. Only have Vanderbilt and CU left and possibly the NIH, but apparently they have a hiring freeze since Congress can't do their jobs and pass a budget...thanks Congress

So far JHU rejected me and Duke waitlisted me after an interview. I’ve also had interviews with UT- San Antonio and U of Rochester, but I’m still waiting to hear back. Somebody please boost my confidence… I’m so scared that I may not get in anywhere. Anyone heard anything from these schools?

I've applied to UNC, Johns Hopkins, UMD, and UChicago. Ive already been rejected from UNC and John's Hopkins, haven't heard back from Chicago or Maryland yet. Marylands application was due way back in January and i have yet to hear anything at all so I'm assuming rejection unless no one else has heard anything. And of course i still haven't heard from Chicago since they extended their deadline by a week. I did submit awhile ago and thought they were doing rolling admissions but I'm not sure anymore. Wohoo! Congrats. Honestly, if you look at their alumni page, quite a lot of people decide to stay. They connected me with someone currently in the program, and they said that although applying to grad-school there is not a requirement, quite a lot of people decide to stay. Let me know when you interview is, I can pass you some wisdom on the questions they asked me and the answers I gave. 
As of last week, they still had more than 1 spot in the program. Channeling the universe's energy so you get an offer. 
They will start August 3rd along with most PREPs. Apparently most programs jointly decided on that as a start date. If COVID stay-at-home orders are extended, they promised me to initiate 50% online so you can get the payroll + insurance.

Just be yourself. They are very inclined towards hiring you, but want to get to know the person behind the personal statement and the amazing qualities in the application. Expect questions such as "Why not a PhD now?","Strengths/Weaknesses", and the typical "Tell me about yourself." Always make sure to not make it all about your challenges, but on how they contributed to your goals and have been steps in your career.

I can speak for two of them. 
I committed to UChicago some time ago. And I heard that they are extending their deadline, meaning that they are not done sending out interview appointments. (Hope you get one!)
I called Mayo about a month ago. They told me they where filling spots with early applications, they have a first come first serve type of admission. At that point, it seemed that they had already sent out their appointments and were very close to finalize their cohort.
