just got my rejection, for the third time in a row. i thought i had such a decent shot but i am feeling so defeated 4 first author publications, and a full profile... ugh this is such a crapshoot

I applied directly to the agency as I'm not enrolled in a program until September. is it more competitive when you go through this route of application for the scholarship?
