I think they meant if PGS-D holders starting this year were locked into the 21k/year instead of being bumped up following the new funding increase. Which I doubt would happen. I agree that accepting your PGS-D this year is absolutely the way to go.

My thoughts exactly. I accepted the PGS-D as it is a gamble to decline in hopes of winning next year though. I hope they do update the PGS-D amount once the new funding comes into effect. I would hope they would, because if they didn’t that would mean that new CGS-M holders would be making more than us…

I've received the link too but when I click on the "NSERC’s form and supporting documentation submission site" in the email, there is no link to upload the signed document. So weird.

Is anyone experiencing difficulties uploading their signed installment request form to the NSERC site? I can't appear to find the link for upload.

I don't think anyone knows how it'll work as of right now. We have to wait to see how they plan to roll this out.

Awarded a PGS-D! Does anyone know if we who receive a PGS-D this year are locked into that monetary value for the following three years, or will we experience a boost following the federal budget increase?

Update: As per NSERC “The email notifications are being sent today and tomorrow; therefore, you can expect to receive it by the end of the day tomorrow.”

Weird. Not sure if that means anything, or if NSERC sends them out randomly. Based on previous replies, seems the latter may be true?

Has anyone not received an email from NSERC notifying them that results will be released soon? I have yet to myself.
