Not the most reliable source but I saw on USC Price's twitter that someone thanked them for admission. Not sure what program though bout that was around the 10th of February.
Is there any reason why you don't want to work for a few years after school? Most MPA/MPP programs want to know how you will apply what you've learned to your job. They also want to know if you're committed to public service. It's difficult to make a convincing case if you have a little experience in the field.
Have you looked into fellowship programs for people interested in public affairs? Some of those programs provide the leadership development that can really help boost your application. Try the Coro Fellowship Program and the Fellowship for Emerging Leaders at NYU Wagner. At least with Coro they have linkages to grad schools where you can receive automatic admission upon completion of the 9 month internship program.
I've seen USC quite a bit on this forum. I think it really comes down to what program is best for you. Yes it's true as someone mentioned above, big name programs will be able to offer you a wider network of alumni in addition to the "wow" factor of having that school on your resume but the most important thing is how you apply the knowledge that you've learned.
During the webinar they said they only needed two for your application to be considered complete. If all three have already been received then you should be fine otherwise your app will be considered complete once the first 2 are sent in. Good luck!
