But isn't it the case that only the richest (so usually the most famous) schools can afford to fund MA students? I am not 100% sure, but that's my overall impression. As OP mentioned, could you please list a few MA programs, especially those with good financial aid packages? thanks!

I transferred from university A (outside of the US) to my current university B about 3 years ago. Now I am graduating with a BA from B.
The courses that were transferred from A are in the official transcript of B (both course names and respective grades).
Do I still need to submit an original transcript from A to the grad schools that I am applying? Do different schools have different policies on this?

Could you elaborate that a little bit? I know you will probably need to get a letter from Financial Aid Office of your undergrad school, is that right?
I’m new in this game, but it seems that you will at least show some signals of your quantitative abilities. If you don't have a lot of good grades in econ and math, I guess GRE-quant might be helpful (but i doubt if it's gonna be enough if you are going to quant heavy programs)
