Because: 1. If im not mistaken the intl econ is only 1 year, i want to take a break from my office as long as i couldm since they pay me for this. 2 i dont have that much of quant courses.. So i have to at least have one school as a safe bet by choosing the idev path

Congrats! I actuallu prefer doing intl trade than idev at SIS, and i got in at SIS (still im very happy about it).... Funny how life works right! Now i want to sing this song to all of the schools that applied: Causeee I cant make you love me if you dont! (adele's and bon iver's version)

She told me that SAIS is expecting to release decisions by the end of this week! Let's hope that Wednesday is considered the end of the week! Best of luck everyone!

Just curious... I know that SIPA's decision will be rolled put on the 14th... But i cant find it everywhere that SAIS stated the 14th also, all i know is that SAIS will release the decision on mid-march (From the website and the admissions office emails)

Just a personal opinion , i would go for GWU! Its included in the top 10 IR schools.

After hearing good news from SIS AU, i got wait listed at Elliot GWU. now im very worried about my SAIS and SIPA applications. What if I got wait listed also or even worse!? Do anyone have some information on how good is your chance to get off the wait list? Thank you in advance

I got in at SIS, but got wait listed at GWU... Now I really am nervous about SAIS!!! will i got in??? Oh God! About my SAIS Policy memo, I wrote about the global economy.. titled "Saving the global economic growth: a cacophony or harmony" Emphasizing on the different approaches taken by US (fiscal expansion), EU (fiscal tightening), and Asia. Oh I cannot think of anything right now, too worried about SAIS Admissions decision
