  1. It's true endorphins will help. Another thing that may help is meditation. I have found that meditation can improve your outlook on every day life. Set apart 15-30 minutes for yourself each day. Meditation can be relaxing and enlightening. It completely changes your perspective. Do some research on breathing exercises and focus on clearing your thoughts. Some people choose to listen to music, others prefer a guided meditation. Me? I like to sit or lay silently and breathe. I am careful to clear my mind and avoid focusing on issues that come to mind. Those few short minutes will literally refresh you.
  2. Make sure you look presentable. Dress business-professional even if the company has a casual dresscode. Make eye contact, and make sure to smile from time to time. First impressions are very important. If you look put-together, you will have a better chance over someone who is dishevelled. Other than appearance make sure you have a copy of your resume with you. Take notes and seem interested. One important aspect of an interview is the time you get to ask questions. Do some research on the company, and ask specific questions based on your research. Ask about their company culture and the position. Many interviewee's fail to ask questions, and don't get the job for that sole reason.
  3. A phone interview is usually pretty basic. Most companies use phone interviews to screen potential employs. Typically, a phone interview asks basic questions about your work experience and qualifications. It is usually followed by an in-person interview.
  4. I think it is a really good idea to do some research on your professors. You will get a little ahead of your fellow classmates who are just going to coast until they start. Doing your research will probably help you out in your classes, and it will also be impressive to your professors that you took the time to get a step ahead.

    Dress

I think so, too. You could easily wear jeans and a tee but, I think you will be taken more seriously if you choose to dress up a bit more than the average student.
