I currently have a 4.0 GPA in a top 50 ranked MHA program. I'm looking to transfer to NYU or Cornells MHA programs for the prestige and rigor of the programs. Is it possible to transfer grad programs? Would they take into account my graduate or undergraduate transcripts more. Any advice would be great.

I got into the 46th ranked CAHME accredited MHA program with a 2.77 GPA. I had a great interview and recommendations which helped a lot.
