Is a 4.0 AW Score Competitive for a Computer Science PhD Applicant?

Hi! I recently took the GRE and felt satisfied with my scores at first. I scored 165V/170Q which pleased me greatly. However, the writing score came back as a 4.0. I am a native English speaker, and I write well when I have time to revise my work. Should I retake the GRE to try and improve that score? Or do CS admissions committees not care? I will likely apply to a PhD program in Fall 2018 or 2019, so I have time to study if a retake would improve my admissions prospects.
