Quick Question about Stanford's SOP Length

Hi all,

I hope everyone's applications are going well!

I'm trying to tighten up my statement of purpose for Stanford and their website and the application state that the page limit is two pages. Does anyone know if the limit is for double or single spaced pages?

From my understanding when they give page limits, they expect single spaced unless they specify otherwise

I submitted single-spaced.

Stanford's Graduate Admissions does expand on what it wants.

"You may upload one file; it should not exceed two pages in length, single-spaced. Make sure to set your computer to Western European or other English-language setting. We cannot guarantee the ability to access your statement if it is submitted in other fonts."
